Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
When will my order be shipped?
- Orders placed between 00:01 WIB – 14:00 WIB will be dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed between 14:01 WIB – 24:00 WIB will be dispatched on the next business day.
- On Saturdays and Sundays, the cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 13:00 WIB.
Dispatch time refers to when the package is handed over to the selected courier.
Shipping & Courier Selection
Can I choose my courier?
Yes. Customers are encouraged to select their shipping courier carefully for the best balance of safety and delivery speed.
Please note that delivery time and handling are subject to the policies and performance of third-party logistics providers.
Inspection & Unboxing Policy
What should I do when my package arrives?
To avoid misunderstandings related to courier handling, we strongly recommend that customers inspect the package upon arrival and record a video while unboxing the parcel.
This ensures clarity and protection for both parties.

Are your products brand new and authentic?
We exclusively sell brand-new, authentic products.
Why does the sealing look different from other items?
Each record label follows its own factory sealing and packaging standards. Variations in shrink wrap, stickers, or factory seals are part of original production practices.
For this reason, we cannot accept complaints arising from misunderstandings regarding factory sealing methods.
